Interfaith Legal Advice Clinic

Every Third Tuesday 5:00-6:00 pm Registration/Intake

* You must arrive before 6:00 to speak with an attorney at the Clinic

The Interfaith Legal Clinic at Andrews House has been the source of free legal advice to residents of Delaware County and the surrounding areas for over ten years.

The clinic is the third Tuesday of each month.  It is a walk-in only clinic.  Between  5:00 and 6:00 p.m. each client will meet with someone for a brief intake interview.  This interview will determine your eligibility and help match you with someone who can best answer the questions you have.  The Legal Clinic helps people whose income is at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.  Please see the table below.

There will be  refreshments available while you wait to see an attorney.  Although the registration/intake is on a “first-come first-served” basis, you may have a longer or shorter wait for an attorney depending on what your issue is.  We match you with an attorney who can best answer your questions.

Our volunteer attorneys usually begin seeing clients by 6 pm. The attorneys meet individually with clients until everyone has been seen.  All clients are usually seen by 7:30 pm.

If you have further questions, please contact the Andrews House office at 740.369.4520.
